At Tical Athletics, we stand by the quality of our performance gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
